Directions: Add 1 scoop (10g) in 12 oz of water, or in our #1 selling protein MYOLEAN EVOLUTION™. For optimal protein and nutrient utilization, consume 1 serving prior to any large or high protein meal (when adding it to protein, add it first to water and mix, and then add the protein).† For use as a fat loss aid, consume 1 serving prior to any meal.† Consume up to 3 times per day, or consult your physician for individual recommendations.
